We built this 4-bedroom private villa for Mr. Suneil Sikka in the quiet village of Utorda, South Goa. It was designed to blend luxury with nature: expansive, open-plan living spaces, generous bedrooms, finishes and detailing made to the client’s brief, and a private swimming pool that looks out over green fields.
